Getting To South Andros Island

*VALID PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE BAHAMAS*

It is recommended that you fly into either Nassau, Bahamas or Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and then take a second flight to Congo Town International Airport. This is the ONLY airport on South Andros Island.

From Nassau (only 15 minutes):
Western Air departs daily at 7 am and 3 pm from Nassau to Congo Town. Call 242.377.2222 to reserve seats in advance. $60 each way for Andros Beach Club guests (Regularly $75), cash only.
Performance Air departs from Odyssey Terminal which is a 5 minute taxi from Nassau International. Click the link for flight times and fares.

Rahming's Charter of South Andros is available for charter at a rate of $450 each way (up to 5 passengers)

From Nassau by Boat:
Reel Tight Charters Bahamas operates a charter boat service to and from Nassau and South Andros. The charter boat is a 25 foot power catamaran which makes thus option weather dependent. We can make arrangements for you so inquire if you might be interested in this option.

Drigg's Hill Marina on the northern tip of South Andros Island, opening into the ocean and the South Bight.

From Florida by Boat:
The marina in Drigg’s Hill is equipped for larger vessels. Gas and Diesel are available. There is a small marina in Kemp's Bay 1/2 mile south of the Andros Beach Club. Pilot or charter service is available as well through Andros Bahamas Fishing. Please inquire for more information if you are considering this option.

Your arrival on South Andros Island:
We can arrange a taxi to meet you at Congo Town airport or Drigg's Hill Marina.
