We free-dive using Hawaiian slings and pole spears which offers an exciting challenge and promotes sustainability of the fishery. Whether you’re trying it for the first time or an experienced spear-o there are plenty of opportunities to get some great fish including Grouper, Hogfish, Snapper or even Mahi-Mahi or Tuna.
